Sierra Billing Manager (SBM) allows your staff to enter service information from anywhere an Internet connection and Web browser are available. Your staff can enter services information while in the field, at the time the services are provided. SBM eliminates the need for your staff to record information on paper or within spreadsheets. Once the information is entered by personnel performing services, this information is immediately available to managers and accounting personnel.
Once services information is entered by staff, it is immediately made available to managers and supervisors for review purposes. Managers can access service records from anywhere an Internet connection is available. They may then approve services records so that the claims may be submitted to State or other payers.
